TREATMENTS

Accent :Accent uses Radiofrequency to tighten skin.The Accent form of radiofrequency treatment has been designed exclusively for cosmetic use, either for cutaneous facial remodeling or for the treatment of acne or cellulite on the body.

Botox: This is a simple, nonsurgical, physician-administered treatment that can temporarily smooth moderate to severe frown lines between the brows in people from 18 to 65 years of age. It is the only treatment of its type approved by the Food and Drug Administration.

Fraxel: This process utilizes a laser to minimize the appearance of scars, lines, and wrinkles, as well as improve the overall texture and surface of the skin.

Lumicell: Cellulite is defined as an imbalance between the formation and elimination of fat in the cell. This imbalance culminates in cellulite's signature mark: the orange peel texture of the skin.

Pixel: A new FDA approved laser device designed to improve the quality and texture of the skin while it stimulates collagen regeneration. This safe and effective treatment represents the best of both worlds for skin resurfacing.

Pressed Intense Light: Over time, our skin begins to display the effects of aging. Outside factors like sun, gravity, and hormones can actually speed up the aging process.

Skin Resurfacing: Microdermabrasion is a skin-freshening technique that helps repair facial skin that takes a beating from the sun and the effects of aging.

Surgiderm: As we age, our skin becomes more susceptible to wrinkles and sagging. Sun exposure and years of muscle movement (i.e., smiling, chewing, and squinting) also contribute to tissue breakdown of the skin.

Tatoo Removal: Tattoos have always been a part of American mainstream culture and the last decade has seen an explosion of tattoo mania. It is estimated that more than 10 million Americans have at least one tattoo and tattooing is big business.

Thermage: Thermage is a safe, clinically proven way to tighten and contour skin. A single treatment tightens your existing collagen and stimulates new collagen growth. Abdominoplasty: is a surgical procedure designed to flatten the abdomen by removing excess skin (sometimes caused by liposuction) and fat, tightening the muscles of the abdominal wall.

Breast Augmentation: Augmentation mammoplasty is the medical term for breast augmentation. Also referred to as breast enhancement or breast enlargement, this type of plastic surgery involves placing silicone or saline breast implants either behind the breast tissue or beneath the chest muscle to add size, shape, and fullness to the breast.

From my visit, I felt super comfortable in the clinic. The personal care from day one was very nice and the doctor made me feel very comfortable and very confident which was the most important.

The day of surgery, I felt very nervous and excited at the same time. I had butterflies in my stomach.  My post surgery care in the clinic was still very comfortable and the nurse care was very good. Speaking of how I felt with my implants and my lipo the first days was a bit difficult but when you want something you do not mind.  I followed the recommendations of my doctor and everything was fine. In the following months, I started to see results gradually. After a month and a half, I could move normally, lift my arms above my head and was doing normal exercise and weight training. I also followed the instructions for the liposuction post care and in the 4th month, I saw a noticeable change. On the 18th of March, it has been exactly 6 months and I am very happy with my results. I like what I see in the mirror and I have no words to describe how happy I am with my results. I will take care of my results with continuous exercise and diet. Thank you!!!

By the way, before my surgery, I did read your negative review to Perfection clinic and I questioned Cyrel and Alejandra (staff) about it. By that time, I also wondered why you didn't provide here more details on what happened to you. (?) Anyway, I got my reassurance after my first appointment with Dr. Arturo (He was the one that operated on me) My results were beyond my expectations and I would like to share my experience with others. Hello, I would like to share my experience. It has been exactly one month since  Dr. Pedro Arturo Valdez performed a  rhinoplasty, Bichectomy, and mentoplasty.  At first,  I was not sure if I wanted to do all the procedures at once because I was uncertain about how I was going to look after the surgery (especially with the chin implant. But after t having the pre-surgery appointment with the doctor,  I was convinced that it would improve my appearance. The doctor explained the procedure in detail which helped me to understand the surgery plan clearly.

As for the recovery honestly, I had no trouble except for breathing through my nose,  swelling & minimal bruising under the eyes (which is normal) for a few days after the surgery. I loved how Bichectomy defined my face and was what I noticed the most because despite not being a person overweight, a had a round face. Also, I do not regret the Mentoplasty, as it brought the overall balance to my face.

When I returned to work, my colleagues noticed a positive change in my appearance and others did not know what I had done but I noticed something different and now I feel great!

 Furthermore, both doctors, nurses and the patient coordinator made me feel secure. I made the best decision!
